As a new event in a new venue, we understand there may be a few unknowns. However our FAQ section below should hopefully clarify these for you.
Card or Cash?
All traders will have a wireless card reader but will also accept cash
There are no ATMs on site.
Do I need a ticket?
Visitors to the Good Market XL can book tickets online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/good-market-xl-tickets-709452199627?aff=oddtdtcreator or you register on the door. Tickets will be scanned at the box office outside the Market entrance so please bring them with you.
Children under 16 do not need a ticket.
Is there parking?
There is no onsite parking however there is a multi-storey carpark close by at Kings Dock Car Park.
There are also various car parks around the Kings Dock, L1 and the Albert Dock area.
Is the market open to everybody?
Yes! Everyone is more than welcome to attend the markets. You may pre-book your tickets when they become available for each event via our website or purchase them using at the door.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no dogs or other animals are allowed at the Exhibition Centre. There is an exception for assistance animals, please let the front door staff know upon arrival so they can help if required.
Is it accessible?
Yes, the Exhibition Centre is fully accessible.
How do I get there?
Exhibition Centre is located on Kings Dock next to the M&S Arena.

How many stall holders will there be?

Can I take pictures?
Yes. Please kindly request permission from stallholders before photographing any of their work.

Is it possible to film or video at the markets?
You are welcome to take general market visuals within the venues for personal use, e.g. to share on social media.
